We have established the following sales procedures to provide a fair and respectful way to help you secure your priority to purchase a new home at Seaside Ridge. Purchase priority is established by the chronological order in which the completed survey is received by a Brookfield Residential representative. If you do not complete the survey or pre-qualify, your priority placement cannot be guaranteed.*

We hope you will feel that this is the community for you. If so, complete the loan application with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and we will review your application and work towards providing you with the pre-approval needed to secure your new home at Seaside Ridge.
In order to get pre-qualified you will need to provide the following items to your Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Representative.
- Most recent pay stubs for the last 30 days
- W2 Forms for 2013, 2012 and 2011
- 2012 and 2011 Federal Tax Returns (All pages and Schedules)
- Most recent two months Bank statements checking/savings to verify your down payment
- Most recent Quarterly Retirement account statement and/or 401K
- If you are paying all cash, bank statement to verify funds
