We understand that buying a new home and going through the purchase process may not be quite as much fun as shopping for a new home, but it sure is exciting, and a process that we will guide you through along the way. We have established the following easy steps to provide a fair and respectful way to help you secure your priority to purchase a new home at Holiday at New Haven. Purchase priority is established by the chronological order in which step two is completed. If you do not complete step one or pre-qualify, your priority placement cannot be guaranteed.*

If you have not yet had an opportunity to join, please visit Stay Connected and select Holiday at New Haven as your neighborhood of interest in order to stay informed about community news, future sales releases, and events.

Complete the online loan application

We hope you will feel that this is the community for you. If so, complete the loan application with the loanDepot representative and we will review your application and work towards providing you with the pre-approval needed to secure your new home at Holiday at New Haven.

Step 4 of 4:

Provide Supporting Documentation

In order to get pre-qualified you will need to provide the following items to your loanDepot representative within five days of your phase release participation.

  • Most recent pay stubs for the last 30 days
  • W2 Forms for the last two years
  • Federal Tax Returns (all pages and schedules) for the last two years
  • Most recent two months Bank statements checking/savings to verify your down payment
  • Most recent Quarterly Retirement account statement and/or 401k
  • If you are paying all cash, bank statement to verify funds

*Homes will be sold based on priority order with non-contingent purchases receiving priority over contingent buyers. Brookfield Residential reserves the right to pre-sell homes to employees, affiliates, or subcontractors, which will be limited per phase. Path to homeownership may be modified as deemed necessary.
