Residents have access to four miles of community paseos and regional trails as well as a Private Recreation Center and an 11.5 acre Sports Park. Amenities include swimming pools, a barbecue area, playgrounds, lighted soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, tot lots and much more.
The Homeowner Association fees start at approximately $139.75 per month and reduce to approximately $111.00 per month at build-out. The anticipated property taxes are based on a 1.15% tax levy combined with Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and Special Assessments. The estimated effective tax rate is approximately 2% (depending upon the sales price of your new home; this includes your base tax + CFD fees).
