what are the community recreational amenities?
Playa Vista has a network of parks and The Resort, the newest resident activity club with resort-style amenities, including a new two-level, state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor/outdoor spaces and a cool pool deck with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas, junior Olympic pool, adult pool and spa and kids’ pool and spa.
what are the monthly fees and taxes?
Residents of Marlowe will be part of the Playa Vista Community Association (PVPAL) and a sub-association and will pay monthly dues for the maintenance of amenities and common areas including landscaping and parks. Monthly dues are approximately $230.00 for PVPAL and will be approximately $78.50 per month ($72.50 per month at build-out) for the sub-association. The estimated general LA County property tax rate is between 1.2% and 1.3%.
