WHAT ARE THE MONTHLY FEES AND TAXES?
The Homeowner Association fees start at approximately $139.75 per month and reduce to approximately $111.00 per month at build-out. The anticipated property taxes are based on a 1.12% tax levy combined with Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and Special Assessments. The estimated effective tax rate is approximately 2.02% (depending upon the sales price of your new home; this includes your base tax + CFD fees).
