how many homes will be built within the community?
At completion, there will be a total of 55 homes at Everly at Playa Vista.
what are the community recreational amenities?
Playa Vista has 19 neighborhood parks, with another 12 acres of parks planned and The Resort, the newest resident activity club with resort-style amenities including a new two-level, state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor/outdoor spaces and a cool pool deck with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas, junior olympic pool, adult pool and spa and kids’ pool and spa.
what are the monthly fees and taxes?
Residents of Everly will be part of the Playa Vista Community Association (PVPAL) and a sub-association and will pay monthly dues for the maintenance of amenities and common areas including landscaping and parks. Monthly dues are approximately $230.00 for PVPAL and will be approximately $78.50 per month ($72.50 per month at build-out) for the sub-association. The estimated general LA County property tax rate is between 1.2% and 1.3%.
