WHAT ARE THE MONTHLY FEES AND TAXES?
The Homeowner Association fees are approximately $125 per month. The sub association fees are approximately $201 per month at build out. The property taxes for Delano are based on a 1.03% tax levy, combined with approximately $3,019 per year for Community Facilities Districts (CFDs are also referred to as “Mello Roos”) and Special Assessments.
