At completion, there will be a total of 39 homes at Cleo at Playa Vista.
What are the community recreational amenities?
Playa Vista has 29 community parks and acres of open space. The Resort, the newest resident recreation club with resort-style amenities, includes a new two-level, state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor/outdoor spaces and a cool pool deck with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas, junior Olympic pool, adult pool and spa and kids’ pool and spa.
What are the monthly fees and taxes?
Residents are part of the Playa Vista Community Association (PVPAL) and a sub-association, paying monthly dues for the maintenance of amenities and common areas, including landscaping and parks. Monthly dues are approximately $230.00 for PVPAL and will be approximately $524.00 per month for the sub-association.
What are the sales office hours and where can I view the model homes?
The Cleo sales office is located located at 5830 McConnell Avenue #2, Playa Vista, CA 90094. The office hours are 12pm – 8pm Mondays – Fridays, 2pm – 8pm on Wednesdays and 10am – 6pm on weekends.
