how many homes will be built within the community?
There will be a total of 72 homes at Camden in Playa Vista, across two different locations.
what are the community recreational amenities?
Playa Vista has 19 neighborhood parks, with another 12 acres of parks planned, The CenterPointe Club, a 26,000 sq. ft. recreation and activity center, which includes 2 pools, a spa, fitness center, business center, meeting room and indoor and outdoor event spaces. Also nearing completion is The Resort, the newest resident activity club with resort-style amenities including a new two-level, state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor/outdoor spaces and a cool pool deck with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas, junior Olympic pool, adult pool and spa and kids’ pool and spa. Camden will also feature a welcoming community landscape with fire pit, night lighting and seating areas.
what are the monthly fees and taxes?
Residents of Camden will be part of the Playa Vista Community Association (PVPAL) and a sub-association and will pay monthly dues for the maintenance of amenities and common areas including landscaping and parks. Monthly dues are approximately $230.00 for PVPAL and will be approximately $358.00 for the sub-association. The property tax rate will range between approximately 1.1% and 1.2%.
