At completion, there will be a total of 82 homes at Brighton at Five Knolls.
WHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY RECREATIONAL AMENITIES?
Golden Valley Park in Five Knolls features open spaces and social gathering spots for hanging out with family and friends. From the picnic enclave, tot lot and basketball half-court to the big and small dog park, everyone has a welcoming place to play.

The Club, Five Knolls’ exclusive hideaway for residents, is a haven for all things fun. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are the ideal place for wine tastings and post-game wrap-ups.
WHAT ARE THE MONTHLY FEES AND TAXES?
The LA County property tax rate for Five Knolls is anticipated not to exceed 1.9%, including Mello-Roos. All residents will automatically become members of the private Five Knolls Master Association. The monthly homeowner association dues pay for the maintenance of the amenities, knolls (parks) and common areas, including landscaping as part of the cost center. Monthly dues will be approximately $140 per month ($126 per month at build-out) for the Master Association and approximately $87 per month ($55.50 per month at build-out) for the cost center.
