    When you live at Arborel within the beautiful community of New Haven, your anticipated property taxes are based on an estimated 1.1% tax levy + Community Facilities Districts (CFDs are also referred to as "Mello Roos") + Special Assessments. The total effective tax rate will be dependent upon the price and square footage of your new home; which will include your base taxes, CFDs, and special taxes.
