Colony Park homeowners enjoy no Mello-Roos fees. Total taxes will be approximately 1.07%. As a resident, the homeowners association dues will be approximately$168-$190/mo. at build out for Cortile and will range approximately $119-$174/mo. at build out for Casita.
In the NEW Anaheim, you will enjoy two resort-like recreation areas both within walking distance. At Compass Park and Pavilion, a saltwater pool with palm trees and a pavilion with barbeques will give you the best outdoor experience. The Pool House is the second recreation center with a lounge, kitchen, walk-in saltwater pool, Jacuzzi and fire pits. The Cabana, the newest additional to Colony Park’s resort style amenities will open in Fall 2013 and will feature a salt water pool, barbecue area, and fitness center. For the dog lovers, Colony Bark will open in winter 2014!
At completion, there will be a total of 114 homes at Casita and 112 homes at Cortile.
The Welcome House at Colony Park is open Friday through Monday from 10am-5pm and on Tuesday through Thursday by appointment only. During the holidays, the sales gallery hours may change, so please visit the Brookfield Life BLOG for any updates.

To visit from the 91 Freeway, exit Anaheim Boulevard., Exit 28. Follow the signs to Anaheim Boulevard, turn left on Lincoln Avenue, right on Olive Street, left on Water Street and follow the signs to The Welcome House.
