What are the community recreational amenities?

Set amidst 1,100 rolling acres, Audie Murphy Ranch is surrounded by rugged silhouettes of the San Jacinto and San Bernardino mountains, magnificent trees, and century-old rock formations.  The center of the community features Salt Creek, an ecological preserve of native plants and conserved habitat whose textures and colors will signal each change of the season and reflect the rural ranch beauty of this special place.  Just outside your door, miles of meandering trails and community paseos promote exploration, with 2.5 miles of community trails and 4 miles of regional trails perfect for family bike rides, evening strolls or early morning hikes.


Three public parks are planned, offering residents a highly-anticipated skate park, baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds and more!  The community’s private recreation center, which will serve as the centerpiece of Audie Murphy Ranch, will offer a swimming pool, children’s wading pool, spa and 3,500 square feet recreation building perfect for hosting birthday parties and special events. 

How many homes will be built within the community?

At completion, there will be a total of 93 homes at Big Sky at Audie Murphy Ranch. 

What are the sales office hours, and where can I view the model homes?

The Big Sky sales office hours are 10am- 5pm Daily, 1pm-5pm on Wednesdays.  During the holidays, the sales office hours may change, so please visit the Brookfield Life BLOG for any updates.


The Big Sky sales office is located at 30535 Buckboard Lane, Menifee, CA 92584. 


To visit from the I-15 North or South, exit Railroad Canyon, which turns into Newport Road.  Pass Goetz Road.  Turn right on Derby Hill Drive, right on Stage Coach Road and left on Buckboard Lane.  The models will be on your right.


To visit from the I-215 North or South, exit Newport Road and go west.  Proceed on Newport Road.  Turn left on Derby Hill Drive, right on Stage Coach Road and left on Buckboard Lane.  The models will be on your right. 

What are the monthly fees and taxes?

When you live at Big Sky at Audie Murphy Ranch, your anticipated property taxes are based on a 1.1% tax levy combined with Community Facilities Districts (CFDs are also referred to as ‘Mello Roos’) and Special Assessments of approximately $280/mo.  The CFDs pay for the construction of schools, streets, water, sewer and maintenance of the public improvements, while the Special Assessments cover annual operating costs for general services and landscape provided by the City of Menifee and other agencies. * Please see a Brookfield Residential sales representative for details.
